We distribute our machineries all over the world and thanks to a qualified staff of engineers and technicians we are able to offer new solutions to the customer in order to increase the quality and reliability. Our CNC machineries are suitable for the housing industry: posts, beams, trusses, roofs, CLT, timberframe walls and SIPs. Essetre is also specialized in the production of CNC machineries for processing curved elements, kitchen worktops and furniture. At the LIGNA Messe, we will be present at Hall 13 Booth E26 with our Centers Techno Saw and Techno Multiwall.

TECHNO SAW is a 5 axis interpolating CNC woodworking center with a solid cabin housing a double exit milling head for processing trusses, wooden houses components and timber frames. The machine is equipped with one liquid cooled electro-spindle with optional automatic tool changing magazine having up to 8 positions available.  Automatic beams infeeding  with stacking option and automatic outfeeding complete the machine. The maximum workable cross section is 450x150mm.  With the machine data transfer it is available as in any other Essetre model by the .Btl importer to interface with the main CAD in commerce.  Speed and production flexibility are distinctive marks in this entry level product. 

TECHNO MULTIWALL is a working center that can be available with different configurations and  wide range of options in order to deliver a machine perfectly set up for customers processing CLT panels and GluLam curved beams, timberframe walls and SIPs. The main feature it is the patented 5 continuous interpolating axis milling head that can be completed with an additional independent 5 axis BLADE GROUP and eventually an independent stapling unit for the timberframe walls composition. The working units are completed with one or two 9 positions toolholding magazines. The machine Techno Multiwall is designed with a solid electro welded structure with a chip/dust conveyor under the modular working area to keep the machine clean and a dust controlled environment.  The maximum workable dimensions are: width 3.500mm, unlimited length and   thickness up to 400 CLT and up to 500mm timberframe elements.
